Welcome to Vangie.co (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Vangie

Vangie LLC (“Vangie”) is a small, independent studio based in Philadelphia, PA.
We specialize in vintage clothing, upcycled apparel, accessories, and handmade goods, each chosen or crafted with care.

2. Product Information

Each vintage or upcycled piece is unique and may show signs of age, wear, or handmade character.
We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, but slight variations in color, size, and texture can occur.
Measurements are approximate; please review them carefully before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at checkout applies to your purchase.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other listed processors.
Payment is due at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Vangie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout; we are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
Custom, made-to-order, or embroidered pieces are final sale.

Process:

Email hello@vangie.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
We’ll reply with the return address and approval instructions.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Items returned used, damaged, or beyond the 30-day window will not qualify for a refund.

6. Custom Orders

Custom items are handmade per your request and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Vangie.co — including text, images, designs, and product photography — is the property of Vangie LLC or its respective creators.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vangie LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the website
Shipping delays or losses
Product misuse or allergic reactions

All items are sold “as is.” We make no warranties beyond those required by law.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Any personal information collected through Vangie.co is used solely to process your order, ship products, and improve our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
