the look
a soft baby-pink bandana in the classic paisley format, printed in black and white. a border of curling boteh and florets frames a looping teardrop chain and an open center scattered with small single paisley and florets, all in a sweet pastel colorway. the corner mark reads 50-50 poly cotton, fast color, rn 13960, made in u.s.a., with the crafted with pride star that dates it to 1984 or later. unlike most vintage bandanas this one is a poly-cotton blend rather than all cotton, which gives it a smoother, slightly silkier hand and a bit more sheen. one edge is a true selvage with the other three hemmed.
please note: clean and pretty overall with light softening. note the poly-cotton blend, which wears a little smoother than all-cotton.
all bandanas are gently cleaned and pressed. beyond that we let them be, so any fading, softening, or small marks of use stay exactly as they came to us.
