our lulu mini bucket bag, designed for a wild evening out. inspired by the effortless glamour of evening bucket bags of the 60s. part of our in-house small-batch line, this bag was made by vangie in our philadelphia studio using the remnants we found from a 60s-era faux fur cheetah-print coat. this is part of our small-batch production, only 3 have been made. we came across remnants from a 60s faux fur coat at a recent estate sale of a local costume designer, likely saved from a coat being hemmed. we were so excited to see these remnants saved with care - likely planned for a future project. we couldn't wait to finish the project, we love to see these special scraps saved. the handle, base, drawstring and bag charm are suede reclaimed from our favorites at fabscrap. interior lining is a matching salvaged magenta linen, believed to be modern. comes with a matching bag charm, made from a reclaimed 1960s lucite macrame bead, and suede.
