the look
a y2k celine shoulder bag from the michael kors era, when the house leaned experimental. the flap is a full panel of dark brown long-hair fur set into a glossy dark brown patent leather body, with a thin adjustable leather strap, a silver dome snap, and a celine embossed leather hang tag. celine, founded in paris in 1945, spent the late 1990s and early 2000s under michael kors building exactly this kind of texture-forward, minimal-hardware piece, and the fur-and-patent contrast is pure turn-of-the-millennium celine. a hard one to find now, especially in the brown colorway.
please note: genuine y2k with honest wear. the patent leather shows surface scratches and scuffs across the flap and body, with some creasing on the strap. the fur flap is full and intact and the snap works. wear is not noticeable while wearing. includes dust bag.
